On my visit to Puerto Rico in 2003 I had the pleasure of visiting the Bayamon museum. I was there to view a work of art painted by my newphew's daughter who was fifteen when the painting was done. I was very impressed by her work and was also very impressed with most of the art work on display at the museum. These works of art were all painted by her class mates ranging in age from fourteen to seventeen. I captured most of the paintings in the short time I had as we were pressed for time and had just stopped to view her artwork. I got my camera out and started taking pictures with the permission of the curator of cause.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do, I review them often and was saving for a special layout. . Please feel free to contact me if you see a piece you like, I will do what I can to get you intouch with the artist. My appologies as I was rushed and pressed for time that day and never had the time to go back as much as I wanted to. Puerto Rican Painters in their prime!
